UN Human Rights High Commissioner Volca Turk alleges that Israel has shown an unprecedented contempt for human rights in Gaza military operations. Besides, Hamas, a Palestinian independent organization, has also broken international law, he said. News Reuters
Turk said the international law in Gaza, which has broken in international law, cannot be hidden through anything. He said this while giving a new report to the Human Rights Council in Geneva on the human rights situation in Gaza and Israel and the human rights situation in East Jerusalem.
The report also accused Hamas of Hamas. Turk said Hamas fired at Haradar, which is a war crimes involving the Israeli territory.
Tel Aviv claimed that Hamas assassinated about 120 people and assassinated more than 20 people on October 7, 2012.
In response to this, Israel has continued to attack Gaza for the past one and a half years, so that at least 3,000 people have lost their lives, exceeded millions.
He urged all parties to be able to investigate the violation of the law in the war of Gaza. Turk suspects that Israeli authorities will not cooperate in this regard. He does not even know whether Hamas or others have taken any action to punish human rights violators.
He said that the OHCHR requested to enter Israel and their occupied areas to investigate the violation of all parties, but there has not been a response from Tel Aviv so far
